1. How does this service work?
We set up the picnic of your choice and have it ready upon your arrival. We return after the allotted time is up to make sure you had a great experience and to clean up.
2. How do I select a location?
Ask us about our preferred locations or contact us to collaborate on a special place. If you have a different location in mind, please send us the information with your inquiry. We will try our best to accommodate your location request.
3. How far in advance can I book my picnic?
All reservations must be made at least 4 days before your desired date.
4. What happens if it rains?
We do not offer refunds, but we keep track of the weather forecast before your picnic date, if weather is unfavorable, we do offer home delivery picnics or we can reschedule your picnic.
5. Can we leave our picnic whenever we want?
If you’d like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 30 minute notice via phone call or message and allow us a few minutes to arrive. You are responsible for the picnic set up until we are able to return and pack up.
6. Can you set up a custom picnic?
Of course! For custom set ups, please contact us through email, through our Instagram page, or through our Book A Picnic link. Additional fees may apply.
