 Title and Ownership
The rented equipment shall at all times be and remain the sole and exclusive property of Charming Picnics. Customer shall have only the rights to use the equipment in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Charming Picnics shall have the right to display notice of its ownership of the equipment by display of an identifying stencil, plate or other marking, and Customer agrees that it will not remove or cover such markings. The equipment shall not be removed from the place of delivery or installation without the expressed written permission of Charming Picnics.
 
 Payment Information
All of our picnics require a 50% deposit that is NON-REFUNDABLE and due at least a week before your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at the latest 72 hours prior to the booking.
 
 Bookings
No booking will be held without payment of 50% deposit.
 
Weather Related Risks
In case of sudden climate changes, such as rain or unexpected winds/cold, we will offer to have the picnic postponed and rescheduled according to our agenda's availability or we can offer to set up at the comfort of your own home.
 
 Refund Information
We do not offer refunds, but we can offer to reschedule your picnic according to our agenda's availability.
 
 Rescheduling
If you want to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will require a minimum of 72 hours notice. If you choose to reschedule,
the new event date must be within 90 days of the original event  or the reservation will be lost. 
     Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on the day of the event are not allowed. We can offer to reschedule your picnic with a 50% additional payment.
 
  No Call No Show
In case of a “No Call No Show” situation, we do a 45 minute waiting period for guest(s) to arrive. If customers arrive late, the allotted time will remain the same. In the event that the guest(s) do not show up with out prior notification, the picnic will be packed up after notifying the guest. No refunds apply for the deposit nor the full amount. Rescheduling would apply at this point with additional charges depending on the set up. Charming Picnics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
 
 Stolen, Missing, or Damaged Equipment.
All rental items are property of Charming Picnics, if any items are missing or damaged, there will be a replacement fee.
All the picnic equipment belongs to Charming Picnics and is to be returned in the same condition as you found it. Any loss or damage to the equipment will be charged for accordingly.
 
Charming Picnics is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages due to misuse of equipment. Charming Picnics is not responsible for any accidents directly or indirectly related to any set up.
